CSU Chico Fraternity Members Plead Not Guilty

The eight frat members charged with the hazing-related death of Matthew Carrington pleaded not guilty in a Butte County courtroom on Monday. Four of those members have been charged wtih involuntary manslaughter, and all members were charged with misdemeanor hazing. All charged are currently out on bail and are slated to return for a preliminary hearing on May 13th.
