Allowing Anonymous Comments Again

I got an email from someone tonight  and I felt compelled to allow anonymous comments again.  The person who emailed me didn't know exactly what was going on since it wasn't publically detailed on here, but just his reaction to me disallowing anonymous commenting was reason enough to allow them once more.

Do keep in mind that if you do chose to comment anonymously, the comments must be well mannered.  IP logging is still and always has been in effect.
