WIR - WTF? I'm starting to like country dancing?!?

When I just drive down to Berkeley to meet up with and have one of my coworkers drive down to Santa Clara, I drive the black Sentra (the one I drove in HS).  Well, on my way back home, the transmission gives way and I had to pull over, on I-80, past Fitzgerald/Richmond Parkway in Pinole.  So I call AAA for a tow.

Worked a short day, as there wasn't much to do.  Crap... I really need to find a more stable job.

No work since construction / furniture deployment is delayed.

I did end up having a first interview in the city... the interview went fine, but it was yet another case of one really, really liked me and one was hesitant.  Whatever :/

Later on, I ended up going back to the city with John to hit up Sundance.  Folks, I have a confession to make: I'm digging this country dancing thing!  I really don't know what to make of this...  lol

No work again...

Went to SF, and went to Cari's.  Finally met the rest of her roommates.  We all went to Kell's in North Beach.  Ton of hot straight boys... go figure!  Cari ended up cuddling with a really cute latino who's interning at an architure firm from Mexico.  Lucky her!

Ended up going to the Castro with John.  We people watched at Badlands, and watched the drag show at Harvey's.  And had some pizza.  I almost fell asleep towards the end of the drag show, simply because I'm used to sleeping early nowadays :/

Again, the usual family stuff in the morning.

Then John picked me up, made a side trip to Oakland Rockridge so he could get some dance shoes, then some shopping and pizza in the Castro.  We then headed to Sundance for yet more, yes you've got it, country dancing :) [Let the comments roll in!]

It's fun and exhausting -- that's all I'm gonna say :)

As for this week, I'm starting work up again tomorrow and I turn 26 a week from today.  26 -- I'm gonna be in my LATE 20s!  Arrghhhh!
