After using SJSU's IVR system for PeopleSoft several times, I finally realized that SJSU must be using an Avaya solution. This is because 98% of the prompts are recorded using the same voice as that of the non-Octel messaging services servers (Audix, Merlin Mail, etc.), As soon as I was greeted with Welcome to San Jose State University I felt like I should of been greeted with Welcome to Audix. For help at any time, press *4 Also, the global commands on the IVR system are similar (*-commands) to that of the non-Octel servers.
